Board of Directors

The founders of CodeGen in both Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom together form an ideal mix of skills and professional backgrounds. There are three founders, as follows:

Dr.Harsha Subasinghe

Managing Director & Chief System Architect

 

Harsha’s back ground is many years in the software environment, having previously worked as a software engineer and project manager. In his position as Development Director, he is responsible for the overall management of the software development process, imparting his knowledge and expertise to the team members for both development and innovative design of new software products.

Mr.Bharat Patel

Commercial Director

Bharat Patel has many years experience in the development of travel-related software, formerly being a Managing Director of a large travel agency and tour operator, as well as previously holding a directorship in a specialist travel software house. Bharat is an invaluable resource in the development of CodeGen’s travel-related products, having a wealth of expertise and knowledge in such products.

 

Mr.Kusal Subasinghe

Legal and Operations Director

Kusal Subasinghe has many years experience as a corporate lawyer and legal consultant, being the founder of a highly successful law firm and investment brokerage in Colombo, Sri Lanka.In his position as Legal Director of CodeGen, Kusal is responsible for all the legal documentation and input that is involved in the development and delivery of software solutions.In addition to his legal responsibilities, Kusal is also responsible for the day-to-day operational and financial management of CodeGen in Sri Lanka.
