We take you through the system and this can be done face to face or by using on-line technology.   We provide easy to use training documentation for your end-users to ensure they are able to pick  up the system quickly and easily. This avoids the need for expensive on-site training and staff will always have something to refer back to. We offer support agreements which are tailored for each individual client, giving you peace of mind . We also offer the ‘support portal’ using a work flow process to ensure items are worked on efficiently and quickly.
