CodeGen is always looking for intelligent and creative software engineers and interface engineers with demonstrable experience in the design of innovative software that uses advanced techniques and technologies to exceed users' expectations. CodeGen places great emphasis on individual responsibility, with each team member expected to ensure the highest quality in their work and to produce accurate and complete documentation throughout the development process. The normal requirement for all software engineers is a first class bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. The normal requirement for all interface engineers is a suitable qualification in Human-Computer Interaction or Web Site Engineering, or at least 24 months experience in interface engineering (including web site design).
