Accounts Manager

The module’s key functionality is to monitor the client receipts and the supplier payments related to the reservations done through the TravelBox. The module provides access to many functions such as to maintain Single/Group Receipts, add/ pay/ search Supplier Invoices etc.

  • Multiple receipt types (cash/credit card/cheque/bank transfer/ write-off/electronic fund transfer/exchange order payment etc.)
  • Multiple currency support
  • Payment realization tracking
  • Inter booking money transfers
  • Booking refunds
  • Actual/estimated profit/loss for bookings
  • Transfers profit to a general account at any time and displays that account’s summary.
  • Summary of incomings/outgoings for bookings.
  • Different tax types (e.g. VAT, GST, etc.).
  • VAT invoice receipts for VAT Non-Self-Billing clients.
  • Searches and loads VAT invoice receipts for Non-Self-Billing clients.
