
TravelBox is used by Tour Operators around the world to automate their end-to-end business processes from pre-sales to reservations and back office functions. A variety of staff members of these organizations ranging from Sales Administrators to Team Leaders, Agents, Product setup Management and staff, Customer Relations Management and staff, Accounts staff, Top level management, IT staff etc. use the TravelBox. The available functionality for each staff member can be controlled by the administrator(s) of the system. This would include restricting access to different modules and restricting access to selected functionality in each module. Administrator module is focussed on setting up the Groups and Users of TravelBox as well as assigning different authority levels to each group.
