This module holds a wealth of information about each client and associated clients (e.g. family members). This gives your staff client information at their fingertips during conversations about their booking and plans. Detailed historical data of each client is also available to aid staff in enhancing service levels. All clients can be identified by any number of criteria for recognition of their status to your organisation.
