Report Manager

Take data from any TravelBox Technology module and combine them with data from any other module to give you a complete overview of any aspect of your business. The “Reports Module” separates reports into five different categories; Sales & Marketing Report, Accommodation Report, Fares Manager Report, Allocations Report and Financial Report. Crystal Reports and Business Objects can be used for ad hoc reporting, although we are in the process of moving into Oracle Discoverer to provide business intelligence. The details of bookings done in the Reservation Manager Module can be searched in this module.

Functionality

  • Creates as many customized reports as you need.
  • Allows you to access reports from any location.
  • Downloads reports to other applications (e.g. Excel).
  • Creates new reports by excluding certain fields.
  • Stores new report templates for future use.
  • Holds “run” reports histories.
  • Prevents changes being made to financial reports.
  • Prints reports from any local printer.
  • Emails reports to other users.
