
Reservations Manager allows call centre staffs and desk-based reservation staffs to create new reservations using real-time information, monitor and edit existing reservations. Reservations can be made to new clients as well as existing clients. Once a client is specified Flight, Hotel, Transfer, Car, Generic Product, Tour, Rail, Manual Item, Insurance, Dynamic Package and Pre Built Package items can be attached to the booking as per the customer’s requirements. Reservations can be made as both bookings and Quotes.
